Orders placed online are subject to credit card verification prior to shipment. We process all credit card information using 128-bit minimum to 256-bit encryption for the highest level of security. * We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not satisfy the requirements of our fraud detection systems.

We strive to ship all orders the day they are placed, however some orders may be shipped out the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery UPSLOGO

 

Edwards Luggage ships all orders within 24-48 hours (on business days) via UPS and offers Ground Service, 3-Day, 2-Day Air, and Next Day Air Service. * Currently, we only ship orders to addresses in the 50 United States. 

UPS Gound Shipping  FREE On Orders of $50 and More!

1-8 business day delivery, depending on location of shipping address. San Francisco Bay Area deliveries will usually arrive in 1 business day.  West Coast deliveries generally arrive in 2 - 3 business days, and East coast deliveries arrive in 5 - 8 business days. We do not offer weekend delivery. Shipment not available for P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. There is a $15 surcharge applied to each order shipped via UPS Ground to Alaska or Hawaii.

UPS 3-Day Shipping

3 business day delivery. No weekend delivery. Not available for P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. There is a $15 surcharge applied to each order shipped via UPS 3-Day Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

UPS 2-Day Air Shipping

2 business day delivery. No weekend delivery. Not available for P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. There is a $15 surcharge applied to each order shipped via UPS 2-Day Air to Alaska or Hawaii.

UPS Next Day Air Shipping

Arrives next business day after shipment. No weekend delivery. Not available for P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. There is a $25 surcharge applied to each order shipped via UPS Next Day Air to Alaska or Hawaii.

If you change your mind about the item/s you've purchased, simply return your merchandise with receipt and original packaging in original condition to any of our stores within 30 days of purchase, or ship to:
